Chapter 168: One Ring to Rule Them All
Inside the detention center of the Coalition base…
“What do you want from us, Blade?!” Olive demanded begrudgingly moments after the Bisharp Sith lord had destroyed Group B’s E-Link.
“I just wanted to show you a little something. Something that a few of you may recognize…” Blade replied with a cunning smirk, as he reached into his cape and withdrew from it an all-too familiar looking golden ring attached to a long silver chain.
Upon suddenly appearing to recognize the object, Olive let out an astonished g

Chapter 167: A Perilous Situation
In the Northern Desert Kingdom Palace…
As Ace continued to monitor the assault on Adam’s laptop screen in the palace mess hall, the Pikachu couldn’t help but notice an uneasy feeling in the back of his mind. Something’s wrong… I can sense it… If what these feelings are telling me is accurate…
Apparently noticing his unease, Dot slowly walked up to Ace, and asked concernedly “Ace? Is something wrong? You look worried.”
“Just a feeling that I desperately hope is wrong…” Ace simpl

Chapter 166: Some Unexpected Complications
Somewhere inside the Coalition base…
As the six Pokemon that comprised Group A of the infiltration team continued to make their way through the twisting corridors of the Coalition base towards the computer mainframe room, Ivy began to complain “Ugh… These suits are so uncomfortable… How much farther is it to that computer room?”
“If I remember correctly, it should be right around this cor-” Angel began to reassure, only to be cut off by something greenish-brown and fluffy whizzing around the corner and ram

Chapter 165: The Battle Rages
Onboard the Renegade, inside the Coalition base hangar bay…
As soon as they deemed the coast was clear, the twelve members of the infiltration team climbed out of the Renegade’s secret storage compartments, all but Liana donned in Coalition armour. After looking around for a moment, and not seeing any Coalition armour that would fit a Latias, Molo turned to Liana, inquired rudely “Hey! Where’s your monkey-suit?”
“I don’t require one. Observe.” Liana responded, before closing her eyes, and suddenly beginning to glow

Chapter 164: Operation Hexadecimal Begins
Onboard the Renegade…
As the Renegade quickly flew towards enemy territory, carrying the thirteen members of the infiltration team, Angel was sitting alone in the lounge room, pondering silently to herself. After a moment, the white furred Eevee’s solitude was interrupted when a familiar red cloak wearing Quilava slowly approached her, and asked concernedly “Is everything alright, my young protégé?”
“Oh, hi, Zorn…” Angle responded somewhat inattentively. “It’s just… there’s been some

Chapter 163: Deploying the Fleet
A little under two hours later, all the volunteer pilots, co-pilots, and members of the infiltration team were assembled in the newly adapted palace hangar bay, with Ace and Liana looking them over intently. Upon suddenly recognizing one of the pilot applicants, a Pikachu with emerald green eyes and white cheek patches, Ace walked up to him, and greeted delightedly “Yuri! Long-time no see! So, what made you decide to join to war efforts?”
“Well, it’s like before, I always want to do what I can to help Pokemon in need.” the Pikachu,

Chapter 162: Fighting Smarter
Early the next morning, Ace was once again sitting alone at a table in the palace mess hall, sipping at a cup of coffee with Adam’s laptop in front of him. After waking up at four in the morning, and being unable to get back to sleep, the restless, overstressed Pikachu spent the next three hours studying and pondering over the data Angel had stolen from the Coalition.
After a moment, Ace’s studying was interrupted when Ginger slowly walked up beside him, and informed softly “Ace, Liana wanted me to tell you that the meeting is going to start in a

Chapter 161: The Night Before the Storm
In the Northern Desert Kingdom…
A couple hours later into the night, after all the residents of the decimated Treasure Town had made their way back to the Northern Desert Kingdom onboard the very cramped Renegade, Ace stood looking out in awe at the display before him in a massive room in the palace that had recently been converted into a hangar bay, with Prince Qwil standing with his arms crossed proudly by his side. “Impressive. Most impressive.” Ace complimented with one of his lopsided grins.
“Twenty-four crafts, all combat

Chapter 160: Unhealed Scars
Later that night, just after the sun had set below the horizon, Ace was sitting on the beach near the remains of the ruined Treasure Town, staring out at the starry sky over the ocean. Shortly after the group of exploration team members had responded to the crisis in their home town, the away team, along with Tiare, Evita, and the Pokemon they had been looking for, Molo, arrived on the scene as well, much to Liana’s disapproval. As the residents of the ruined town and other Pokemon began discussing strategy for their next course of action, Ace had decided to take so
